OUR PRINCIPLES

What makes North Geelong Warriors more than just a football club.

Community First

North Geelong Warriors FC exists to bring people together through football. From players and families to volunteers and supporters, we’re committed to building a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone feels part of the club.

Development at Every Level

We’re focused on long-term development, both on and off the field. From junior pathways and senior football programs to coaches and facilities, North Geelong Warriors FC is always working to develop individuals and push them to be the best players they can be.

Pride, Effort & Accountability

Pulling on a North Geelong Warriors jersey means representing more than yourself. We expect players, coaches and supporters to show pride, effort and respect for teammates, opponents, officials and the club’s history every time we step onto the field.

WE LOVE OUR VOLUNTEERS!!

When you join North Geelong Warriors FC, you become part of more than just a football club, you become part of a connected and supportive community. Families play an important role in helping our club grow, contributing to the atmosphere and culture that makes NGWFC special both on and off the field.

Throughout the season, families are encouraged to get involved across senior matchdays, junior fixtures and club events. Each team is allocated a volunteer week, where families contribute a short 2–3 hour shift alongside our experienced club volunteers in a welcoming and social environment.

Volunteering is also a great way for players to experience matchdays beyond the pitch, with opportunities to walk out alongside the senior team and take part in halftime activities with their teammates and friends.

MAIN FACILITY

ELCHO PARK

(Australian Croatian Sporting Centre)

15 Gibbons Rd, Lara VIC 3212

Elcho Park (Australian Croatian Sporting Centre) is the home of North Geelong Warriors FC and the centre of football activity across the club. As the primary venue for all NGWFC programs, Elcho Park hosts home matches for every age group, from juniors through to senior football. With three dedicated pitches designed for specific levels of use, the facility is built to support player development, training, and matchday football at every stage.

North Geelong Warriors FC is currently progressing through a staged redevelopment of Elcho Park, with a long-term vision focused on improving facilities, accessibility and the overall experience for players, families and supporters. The club is actively working through Phase 3 of its multi-stage development plan, continuing to invest in the future of the precinct while supporting the growth of football within the greater Geelong community.

Beyond matchdays, Elcho Park plays an important role as a community hub, regularly hosting club events, functions and community activities throughout the year. Elcho Park is more than just a football ground, it is a place that brings together players, families, supporters and the our community through the game.
