What makes North Geelong Warriors more than just a football club.

Development at Every Level

We’re focused on long-term development, both on and off the field. From junior pathways and senior football programs to coaches and facilities, North Geelong Warriors FC is always working to develop individuals and push them to be the best players they can be.

Pride, Effort & Accountability

Pulling on a North Geelong Warriors jersey means representing more than yourself. We expect players, coaches and supporters to show pride, effort and respect for teammates, opponents, officials and the club’s history every time we step onto the field.

WE LOVE OUR VOLUNTEERS!!

When you register your child in a North Geelong Warriors FC, they become more than just a player, they join a supportive football community. From day one, families are welcomed into the club and play an important role in helping our club grow and thrive.

Throughout the season, families are encouraged to get involved by supporting senior match days, junior games and club events. These moments are a big part of what makes North Geelong Warriors FC such a strong and connected community.

Each team is allocated a volunteer week, where families contribute a short 2–3 hour shift. While it may feel unfamiliar at first, many first-time volunteers quickly find the experience enjoyable, social and rewarding. Our experienced volunteers are always there to help, creating a friendly environment and guiding you every step of the way.

As part of the volunteer program, players also get the chance to be involved in game day, walking out with the senior team and taking part in halftime activities alongside their teammates.

THANK YOU TO OUR COUNTLESS VOLUNTEERS!!

MAIN FACILITY

ELCHO PARK

(Australian Croatian Sporting Centre)

15 Gibbons Rd, Lara VIC 3212

Elcho Park is the heart of North Geelong Warriors FC and the primary home of our football programs. It’s where the majority of our ground preparation takes place each pre-season, ensuring the facility is ready to support football at every level. Through ongoing planning and investment, Elcho Park continues to improve year after year, providing a safe, welcoming and high quality environment for players, officials, volunteers and spectators.

The club has a clear five-stage development plan for Elcho Park, guiding long-term upgrades across the precinct. Each stage builds on the last, with a focus on sustainability, accessibility and improving the overall match-day experience. This structured approach allows North Geelong Warriors FC to continue developing the facility while supporting a growing football community.

Elcho Park is proudly home to all North Geelong Warriors FC home games, from junior teams through to senior football. Beyond match days, the ground hosts club events, community activities and special occasions throughout the year, reinforcing its role as more than just a football ground but a central hub for the club and the wider Geelong community.
